Restaurant Villared uses since a few years the Bi-Level Scrub to clean the kitchen.
In the kitchen there is of course a high requirement for hygiene. Every day the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned. A restaurant has to contend with many corners that are difficult to reach with a standard scrub.
